Life Coaching

One of the new services I am excited to start offering is Life Coaching! Do you feel as though you are in a good place, emotionally, but still looking for more in your life? Or have you already done some soul searching work in psychotherapy, and now you are just ready for an extra boost? Do you want to see real change in your life and reach some goals that have been on the back burner for, well, maybe way too long? Then maybe Life Coaching would be an exciting possibility for you. Life Coaching differs from psychotherapy in that it doesn't go into too much depth, psychologically. For example, we won't be looking at your family of origin issues or mental illness in a Life Coaching setting. We will be looking at your life goals and aspirations, and then putting forth our most positive life forces in reaching them.
